참매(Eurasian goshawk, 학명: Astur gentilis 아스투르 겐틸리스[*])는 수리매의 일종으로, 수리과 조롱이아과 아스투르속에 속한 중형 맹금류다. 북반구의 온대기후 지역 여러 곳에 널리 분포한다. 수리과 전체에서는 검독수리 다음으로 서식지가 넓다. 그 밖에 이 정도로 넓은 서식지 분포를 보여주는 종은 털발말똥가리 정도밖에 없다. 대부분의 지역에서 텃새이지만 추운 지역에서는 겨울에 남하하는 철새로 산다.
