엘리시아 클로로티카(학명: Elysia chlorotica)는 소형에서 중간 크기의 녹색 갯민숭이붙이로, 바다에 사는 이새아강 낭설상목 날씬이갯민숭이붙이과에 속하는 연체동물이다. 겉보기에는 갯민숭이처럼 생겼지만, 같은 계통군은 아니다. 이들은, 수액을 빠는 갯민숭이붙이무리인 낭설류 분류군에 속한다. 이 분류군의 일부 종은 자신이 먹은 조류의 엽록체를 이용해 광합성을 하는데, 이러한 현상을 색소체 탈취라고 한다. 엘리시아 클로로티카는 이러한 태양광으로 살아가는 갯민숭이붙이 중 하나이다. 이 생물은 부등편모조류인 Vaucheria litorea(보우케리아 리토레아)의 엽록체와 세포 내 공생 관계를 맺고 살아간다.
