남극하트지느러미오징어(Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni) 또는 콜로살오징어는 악어가죽주머니오징어과(Cranchiidae)의 연체동물이다. 몸무게 기준으로 가장 큰 오징어이며, 남극하트지느러미오징어속(Mesonychoteuthis)의 유일종이다. 동물 가운데 눈이 가장 크다는 기록을 가지고 있으며, 다리와 촉수에 있는 빨판과 함께 갈고리가 달려있다는 점이 특징이다. 성체는 남극 주변에서만 볼 수 있지만 유생 단계처럼 아직 성숙하지 않은 개체들은 남아메리카, 오스트레일리아, 남아프리카 공화국의 남쪽 끝 해역에서 발견될 수 있다.
