Negaprion brevirostris (Poey, 1868)

Limon köpek balığı (Negaprion brevirostris), harharyasgiller (Carcharhinidae) familyasından bir köpek balığı türü. Uzunluğu 3,4 m (11 ft) kadardır. Kaydedilmiş en büyük birey 340 cm, 183 kg'dir. Vivipar ürerler. Temel besin kaynakları balıklardır ve çoğunlukla gece avlanırlar. Gruplar halinde subtropikal sularda yaşarlar. Kur ve avlanma yetenekleri onlara avantaj sağlar. İnsanlara büyük bir tehlike değillerdir ve ortalama yaşam süreleri 25 30 yıl arasıdır.
