🐎Horse
At (Equus ferus caballus), atgiller (Equidae) ailesine (familya) ait otobur bir toynaklı memeli. Evcil olan bu at alt türü (caballus alt türüne mensup atlar), Altay dağlarının her iki yanındaki açık arazilerde yaşayan ve “Prezewalski” denen yaban atlarıyla ve Amerikan bozkırlarında yaşayan, esasen evcil atların sonradan yabanileşmesiyle (İng. feral horse) ortaya çıkan "Mustang" atlarıyla yakın akrabadır. En meşhur at ırkları Arap, İngiliz, Ahal Teke, Rahvan (Türk) ve Midillidir.

Sprint over a short distance, not a sustained pace. Compilations give 63.97 and 68.04 km/h. The fastest officially timed racehorse is 70.35 km/h over two furlongs (Winning Brew, Penn National, 2008) -- a record, not a typical animal. Hirt's 88 km/h is speedofanimals.com.
