Trakya tosbağası veya Hermann kaplumbağası (Testudo hermanni), Testudinidae familyasından karada yaşayan bir kaplumbağa türü. Avrupa kıtasında bulunur. Türkiye'de sadece Trakya bölgesinde bulunduğu için Trakya tosbağası diye bilinir. Arka ayak butlarında Testudo graeca ibera gibi mahmuz çıkıntıları yoktur buna karşın kuyruğunun ucu sertleşerek tırnak benzeri bir uç halini almıştır. Kabuğu Testudo graeca iberalara göre daha incedir. Boy 20 cm kadardır. Çeşitli otlar sebzeler ve ulaşabildiği bitki yaprakları ile beslenir Herman kaplumbağası 2 alt türe ayrılır. Testudo hermanni hermanni: Batı Avrupa'nın güneyinde, Fransa, Korsika adası ve İtalya'da bulunur Testudo hermanni boettgeri: Doğu Avrupa'nın güneyinde, Yugoslavya, Balkanlar, Yunanistan ve Türkiye'nin sadece Trakya bölgesinde bulunur.
