🦭Baikal Seal
Baykal Foku, Baykal Gölü Foku ya da nerpa (Pusa sibirica), kulaksız fok türüdür. Baykal Gölü'ne endemiktir. Hazar foku gibi, kutupsal halkalı foku ile akrabadır. Baykal foku, foklar arasında en küçüklerden olmakla birlikte tatlı suda yaşayan yüzgeçayaklılardandır. Hudson's Bay, Quebec, Kanada'da yaşayan bir alt grubu bulunmaktadır. (lac de loups marins harbour seals), Saimaa halkalı foku ve Ladoga foku da tatlı suda yaşar, ancak bu türün denizde yaşayanı da mevcuttur. Bu fok türünün okyanuslardan yüzlerce kilometre uzaktaki Baykal Gölü'ne nasıl geldiği, bilim insanlarınca gizemi çözülememiş bir konudur.
