🐔Golden Pheasant
紅腹錦雞（學名：Chrysolophus pictus），又名鸞（《說文解字》）、金雞、鷩雉（《爾雅》）、山雞...等，是雉科錦雞屬的一種鳥類。原是中國的特有鳥種。紅腹錦雞並非繁殖力強的物種。在自然界中，牠們每年僅產一窩（約6-12枚卵），且性成熟需2年，雛鳥在野外死亡率極高。19世紀時，歐洲貴族確實將其引入莊園作為裝飾性野禽，但因其肉質不佳，商業狩獵價值低。至今，該物種在英國及歐洲大陸僅存極少數逸出野外的小型族群，並未如部分傳言所稱『迅速擴散』，實際上牠們在野外極為罕見，遠不如同地區成功歸化的環頸雉（Common Pheasant）普遍。在亞洲一些地區被認為就是鳳凰或鸾鸟的现实化身之一。
