美洲河狸（學名：Castor canadensis，英語：North American beaver），又稱北美河狸，是河狸科河狸屬的一種，是原生於北美洲的齧齒動物，但現已被引進南美巴塔哥尼亞及歐洲部分地區。在北美洲，本物種通常直接稱為“河狸”，其他名字，如美國河狸 （American beaver）和加拿大河狸（Canadian beaver）等名字是要和和分布在歐洲的歐亞河狸區分。美洲河狸是加拿大國家象徵動物及俄勒岡州的州代表動物。 其种加词“canadensis”意为“加拿大的”。
