虎皮鸚鵡（學名：Melopsittacus undulatus；英語：Budgerigar），又名娇凤、阿苏儿、彩凤，是鸚形目舊世界鸚鵡科虎皮鸚鵡屬下唯一的物種。本物種為澳洲的特有植食性鳥類之一，以其頭部、背部的黑色橫紋，搭配黃、綠色的顏色為其主要特徵。該物種雖由乔治·肖於1805年首先描述，但後由約翰·古爾德將一對活體攜回歐洲後逐漸為人所知，如今是全球飼養最普遍的寵物鳥類之一。 虎皮鸚鵡原生於澳洲內陸的乾旱地區，主要以當地草本植物以及其種子為食。其族群會追逐水源而進行半規則式的移動，而雖然其全年可繁殖，但也仰賴是否下雨決定；一旦降雨，牠們往往就會形成大群找尋食物，並開始繁殖。其繁殖採一夫一妻制，經常利用既有的樹洞或巢箱繁殖，雌鳥在產4—8枚後獨自孵卵，雛鳥在16—20天左右孵化，經雙親照顧30—35天後可離巢學飛及獨立生活。 作為歷史悠久的寵物鳥，如今有許多人工培育的虎皮鸚鵡，牠們在體型、顏色和羽毛特徵上與野生的原種有所不同。雖然其野外族群數量缺乏系統性的調查，但因環境退化及人工水源普及而推測數量仍有所增加，故於《國際自然保護聯盟瀕危物種紅色名錄》中，虎皮鸚鵡被列為無危物種，也亦為少數不在《瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約》保護下的鸚鵡。
