食鱼蝮（Agkistrodon piscivorus）是蝰科蝮亚科下的一種毒蛇。它是世界上为数不多的兩棲蝰蛇之一，原产于美国东南部。 成年食鱼蝮体型巨大，能够咬人，造成疼痛，甚至致命。當它受到威胁或被人以任何方式触摸时，它会蜷缩身体，露出獠牙以及咬人。 它通常生活在水中或水边，尤其是在水流缓慢的浅湖、溪流和沼泽中。它會游泳，偶尔會进入海湾和河口，並在障壁岛和大陆之间游动。
