🐃Takin
O takin-do-himalaia (Budorcas taxicolor), também chamado de boi-de-camurça ou cabra-gnu, é um mamífero bovídeo, da subfamília Antilopinae e da tribo dos caprinos, encontrado na parte oriental dos Himalaias. Apesar de o takin ser considerado o antepassado do boi-almiscarado, do gênero Ovibos, estudos recentes com base no ADN mitocondrial sugerem uma relação mais próxima da espécie com as ovelhas, do gênero Ovis. Sua semelhança física com o boi-almiscarado é, portanto, resultado de uma evolução convergente. O takin é o animal nacional do Butão.[carece de fontes]? É classificado como uma espécie vulnerável pela IUCN. Inclui duas subespécies, o takin-de-mishmi (B. t. taxicolor) e o takin-do-butão (B. t. whitei). Previamente incluía o takin-chinês, que atualmente é considerada uma espécie distinta, o B. tibetana.
