צבי הסלעים (שם מדעי: Oreotragus oreotragus; קרוי גם אנטילופת הסלעים, ומכונה באנגלית קליפס-פרינגראס), הוא סוג של אנטילופה קטנה בשבט Neotragimi מתת-משפחת הצבאיים, החי בדרום ומזרח אפריקה ומהווה מין יחיד בסוגו. סוג זה תואר בשנת 1783. המינים הקרובים ביותר מבחינה גנטית לצבי הסלעים הם אנטילופות מהסוג "Neotragus" כגון דלקרן המושק ואנטילופה מלכותית. שמו המדעי נגזר כדלהלן: "Oreo" = הרים "tragus" = תיש, ופירושו עז החי בהרים; הכפל של השם המדעי מורה על כך שזהו סוג בעל מין יחיד. הכינוי הנפוץ "קליפס-פרינגראס" שמקורו בהולנדית ובאפריקאנס פירושו "קפצן סלעים", ומתייחס לריצתו הקופצנית של צבי הסלעים בבית גידולו ההררי.
