קיאה או נסטור הררי (שם מדעי: Nestor notabilis) הוא מין תוכי המשתייך לסוג נסטור שבסדרת התוכאים. הקיאה הוא תוכי לילי-למחצה, והוא אנדמי לאזורים הרריים באי הדרומי של ניו זילנד - בעיקר באזור "האלפים הדרומיים" ופארק לאומי הר קוק; תכונה זו מייחדת אותו משאר התוכים, שכן הוא אחד מהתוכים היחידים המסוגלים לחיות באקלים אלפיני. הקיאה מאופיין בממדיו הגדולים יחסית; בצלילים שהוא משמיע - לעיתים קרובות הוא קורא "קיאה, קיאה", ומכאן מקור שמו; ובאופיו הסקרן - הוא מתעניין מאוד בחפצים או אנשים הזרים לו ואינו חושש לנקר מכוניות תיירים ואף לעקור את השמשות שלהן. מסיבה זו, הקיאה מזיק לכבשים המגודלות בניו זילנד - הוא פיתח תאווה מיוחדת לשומן שמתחת לעורן וכדי להשיג אותו הוא מנקר אותן, לעיתים תוך גרימת נזק. הקיאה נחשב לבעל חיים אינטליגנטי ביותר.
