ארת-ענק יקינתונית או אָרָה יָקִינְתּוֹנִית (שם מדעי: Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus) היא מין תוכי בסוג ארת ענק, שמצוי במרכז ובמזרח אמריקה הדרומית. זהו מין התוכי המעופף הגדול ביותר, ומין התוכי השני בגודלו אחרי התוכיליל. אורכו כ-100 ס"מ ומשקלו נע בין 1.2 ל-1.7 ק"ג. צבע כל הגוף כחול (בדומה לגוֹני היקינתון), אם כי הוא מתבהר מעט באזור הגב (בפרטים מסוימים, צבע הצוואר עשוי להיות אפרפר). הזנב ארוך ומחודד. מין זה נחשב לנוח לגידול בשבייה. המין סווג לראשונה ב-1790 על ידי האורניתולוג האנגלי ג'ון לאת'אם, שנתן לו את השם המדעי Psittacus hyacinthinus. בשל איבוד מסיבי של בתי גידול, סווגה הארה היקינתונית במצב שימור פגיע לפי הרשימה האדומה של IUCN.
