לִוְיָתָן גְדוֹל-סְנַפִּיר (שם מדעי: Megaptera novaeangliae) הוא מין לווייתן מזיפות והוא מין יחיד בסוגו (Megaptera) המשתייך למשפחת לווייתני הענק. אוכלוסיית הלווייתן גדול-הסנפיר הצטמצמה באופן ניכר בעקבות ציד, וכיום הוא נחשב למין מוגן ברוב חלקי העולם. זהו לווייתן גדול ממדים: אורכו של פרט בוגר נע בין 10 ל-16 מטרים ומשקלו הממוצע הוא כ-27 טונות (לשם השוואה: לווייתן מצוי הוא באורך 21–27 מטר ומשקלו כ-70 טון). למרות גודלו, הלווייתן גדול-הסנפיר אקרובטי למדי, והוא ידוע בקפיצותיו החינניות מהמים, בסנפירו הקדמי הגדול ובשירתו המורכבת. הלווייתן גדול-הסנפיר חי באוקיינוסים ובימים ברוב חלקי כדור הארץ.
