דוב נמלים ענק (שם מדעי: Myrmecophaga tridactyla) הוא מין יחיד בסוג Myrmecophaga של דוב נמלים. זהו דוב הנמלים הגדול ביותר בעולם והמוכר ביותר. דוב הנמלים חי בדרום אמריקה ונמצא בסכנת הכחדה עקב פגיעה בבית גידולו. הוא אחד היונקים המעטים שאין להם שיניים אפילו בבגרותם. אורכו הכולל של דוב הנמלים הוא בממוצע 2.1 מטר, ראשו ופלג גופו העליון באורך של 1.2 מטר וזנבו באורך של כ-91 ס"מ. גופו של דוב הנמלים מכוסה שיער, ובאזור הזנב השיער יכול להגיע לאורך של עד כ-40 ס"מ. המשקל של הזכרים יכול להגיע ל-33 עד 50 ק"ג ושל הנקבות 27 עד 47 ק"ג. נמצאו מאובני דוב נמלים ענק בסונורה, מקסיקו.
