גווייל הודי או גוויאל הודי (כתיב חסר ומנוקד גַּוְיָל הָדִּי, שם מדעי: Gavialis gangeticus, שם עממי באנגלית: Gharial) הוא מין של תנינאי נדיר והמין היחיד בסוג גווייל (Gavialis). הגווייל ההודי הוא אחד משני המינים, לצד הגווייל החקיין ששרדו במשפחת הגווייליים, משפחת תנינאים עתיקת יומין בעלת לסתות ארוכות וצרות. מין זה נמצא בסכנת הכחדה חמורה. נכון לשנת 2006, ההערכות לאוכלוסייתו עמדו על כ-182 בוגרים בלבד, כאשר גם מתוכם 14% עדיין לא נחשבו לבוגרים מלאים, דבר המפחית את אוכלוסיית הבוגרים המלאה לכ-157 פרטים בלבד. בגני חיות קיימים עוד כמה מאות פרטים. כדי לשמר ולשקם את המין הוקמו מספר גרעיני רבייה אך ניסיונות השבה לטבע לא הניבו הצלחה גדולה עד כה.
