שועל קולפאו (שם מדעי: Lycalopex culpaeus, בעבר - Pseudalopex culpaeus), מין בסוג שועל דרום-אמריקני. שועל הקולפאו נפוץ בדרום אמריקה. דמוי שועל זה הוא בן משפחת הכלביים השני בגודלו בדרום אמריקה אחרי זאב הרעמה. מבחינת מראהו, דומה שועל הקולפאו לשועל. לו פרווה אפורה, סנטר לבן, רגליים אדמדמות, ורצועה על גבו שעשויה בקושי להראות. הוא נפוץ מאקוודור ופרו לפטגוניה וארץ האש. תזונתו כוללת מכרסמים, ארנבים, ציפורים, לטאות, פודו ובמידה פחותה גם צמחים ופגרים. לעיתים ניצוד או מורעל שועל הקולפאו כיוון שנטען שהוא הורג כבשים.
