קרנף צר-שפה, קרנף שחור או קרנף מצוי (שם מדעי: Diceros bicornis), הוא מין של יונק יחיד בסוגו דיצרוס שבסדרת מפריטי הפרסה. הקרנף צר-השפה מצוי במרכז אפריקה ובמזרחה כולל קניה, טנזניה, קמרון, דרום אפריקה, נמיביה וזימבבואה. הקרנף ידוע גם כקרנף שחור, אף שלמעשה מראהו אפור-לבן. שמו זה ניתן לו כדי להבחינו מהקרנף הלבן (Ceratotherium simum; ידוע גם כקרנף רחב-שפה). שמות אלו עלולים להטעות, שכן לשני המינים צבע דומה. מקור שמו של הקרנף הלבן הוא מתרגום שגוי של weit ("רחב" באפריקנס), ולא מצבעו. שמו המדעי של הקרנף צר-השפה בנוי מהסוג דיצרוס (Diceros) - דו־קרן (מיוונית di=דו ו־ceros פירושו קרן) ושם המין bicornis - פירוש זהה אך בלטינית ("bi" - דו ו־"cornis" - קרן).
