🐋Baiji
דולפין נהרות סיני המכונה גם בּאיג'י (בסינית: 白鱀豚; שם מדעי: Lipotes vexillifer; פירוש מילולי: Lipotes משמעו "נשאר מאחור" ו-vexillifer משמעו "נושא הדגל") הוא מין דולפין נהרות שחי במימיו המתוקים של נהר היאנגצה שבסין. בעשורים האחרונים הידרדרה אוכלוסייתו למצב קשה, ומאמצים רבים נעשו לשימורו אך נכשלו. הוא הוכרז כנכחד לאחר שמשלחת שיצאה לבדוק את מצבו ב-2006 לא ראתה ולו פרט אחד. עם זאת באתר איגוד השימור העולמי (IUCN) הוא עדיין מוגדר ב"סכנת הכחדה חמורה". אם אכן נכחד המין, אזי יהיה זה היונק המיימי הראשון שנכחד בטבע מזה כ-50 שנה, כאשר האחרון שנכחד היה כלב ים נזירי קריבי.
