צ'אר ארקטי (שם מדעי: Salvelinus alpinus) הוא מין של דג גרם ממשפחת הסלמוניים, החי לאורך האזור הארקטי והתת-ארקטי בין חופי האוקיינוס הארקטי וגם בחופי צפון קנדה, אלסקה, סקנדינביה, גרינלנד, איסלנד וסיביר, כשהוא נדיר דרומה משם. בעונת הרבייה נודד הדג להטיל את ביציו בנהרות ואגמים. הדבר הופך אותו לאחד מדגי המים המתוקים הצפוני ביותר בעולם. הדג שייך לסוג Salvelinus והוא קרובה של טרוטת האגמים, עימה הוא לעיתים מכליא בטבע.
