🦡European pine marten
Näätä eli mäntynäätä (Martes martes) on näätäeläimiin kuuluva nisäkäslaji. Se on heimonsa tyypillinen edustaja ja siksi antanut nimensäkin sille. Sitä tavataan lähes koko Euroopassa sekä osissa Lähi-itää, Kaukasuksella ja Siperian länsiosissa. Näätä elää kaikenlaisissa metsissä. Sitä on metsästetty sen tuuhean talviturkin takia ja siitä on myös yritetty jalostaa tarhattua kantaa.
